VEHICLE IMPOUND INFO

Police Impounds: To release a vehicle, we need the registered owner, valid photo identification, proof of ownership (title or registration), a valid licensed driver, proof of insurance, and the payment.  Vehicles may only be released to a different party with a notarized letter from the registered owner. Please call us to verify price and verify any other requirements needed by the police department before release.  Payment for Police impounds is CASH ONLY.  WE DO NOT HAVE AN ATM ON SITE. 

Accidents: When coming to clean out or pick up your vehicle, we need the registered owner, photo identification, proof of ownership (title or registration), and proof of insurance. If you have full coverage, make sure to contact your insurance company immediately after the accident. With full coverage, insurance companies generally cover all towing and storage fees. With liability only or no insurance, you will be responsible for the towing and storage charges on the vehicle. Additionally, with liability coverage, the initial fees must be paid before you will have access to your vehicle and its contents. Call us ahead of time to verify what is needed and with any questions. Accident releases can be paid with cash or credit card.
